How We Work
Six Steps That Start With Measurement
- 01
Analysis
The facility's load structure, single-line diagram and existing compensation system are reviewed to establish where the problem lies.
- 02
Measurement
At the connection point and critical distribution boards, Class A power quality recorders measure and record the system's electrical parameters and power quality events in line with the standards.
- 03
Diagnosis
Recorded data is evaluated against EN 50160, IEC/EN 61000-2-4, IEEE 519 and the other relevant standards, according to the measurement point, the facility's structure and the scope of the application, and root-cause analysis is carried out.
- 04
Engineering
Filter, compensation and monitoring topology is sized from the measured data, with resonance risk checked.
- 05
Implementation
Product selection, panel solution and commissioning, with the communication infrastructure integrated into GridVis®.
- 06
Optimization
After commissioning, performance is tracked through continuous monitoring, automatic alarms and periodic reporting.
Quality Philosophy
What can be measured can be managed.
Power quality is not a matter of opinion; it is a matter of measurement. In every system we work on, the reference is the measurement and assessment methodology defined by international standards.
